Showboy Warns Barosky Against Returning To Ghana Amid Reports Of UK Homelessness

Ghanaian social media personality Showboy has cautioned highlife musician Barosky against returning to Ghana following reports that the musician is struggling with accommodation in the United Kingdom.

In a video circulated on August 25, 2026, Showboy addressed the reported difficulties facing Barosky and argued that returning home could potentially leave him in a more difficult situation.

According to Showboy, Barosky could receive sympathy and assistance while his reported predicament remains a subject of public attention in the UK, but that support might disappear if he returns to Ghana.

“Barosky, don’t ever come back to Ghana. You should sleep outside in the UK than to return to Ghana,” Showboy said.

He further warned that the musician should not assume that the current public attention surrounding his situation would translate into sustained support after his return.

“Once they bring you back, nobody is going to help you again,” he added.

Showboy also addressed reports or expectations surrounding Barosky’s relationship with fellow musician Ofori Amposah.

He cautioned Barosky against assuming that Ofri Amposah owed him assistance because the two had collaborated on a song.

“Do not also think Ofori Amposah owes you because you released a song with him. He is also a hustler trying to survive,” Showboy stated.

His comments come amid growing attention to reports about Barosky’s circumstances in the UK.

According to the report, the musician has appealed for assistance to finance his return to Ghana after losing stable accommodation.
