The Accra Regional Police Command has arrested two brothers in connection with the alleged murder of a car dealer and the shooting of his wife at Tuba, near Weija in the Greater Accra Region.
The suspects have been identified as Adams Adder Almeida and Bala Bilyon.
According to the police, the incident occurred on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Beach Drive Estate, where the victims were reportedly attacked.
Police officers who responded to the incident found Mohammed Rahman with gunshot wounds. His wife, Christiana Fosu, had also sustained injuries in the attack.
Rahman was rushed to a hospital for medical attention but was pronounced dead upon arrival. His wife was subsequently referred to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital for further treatment.
As part of the investigations, the police reportedly retrieved a pistol believed to have been used in the shooting from a room linked to one of the suspects.
