Ghanaian female footballer Agnes Yeboah made a stunning impact on her debut for the Black Princesses, scoring with her first touch of the ball in a 2-0 win over Tunisia at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This victory sealed a 4-0 aggregate win for Ghana, booking their spot in the next round of qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
A Promising Performance
Agnes Yeboah, a forward for Jonina Ladies, was introduced at the start of the second half, replacing Theresa Darko.
She wasted no time in making her mark, finishing off a brilliant team move to double Ghana’s lead.
With impressive timing, Agnes Yeboah met Ivy Osei Owusu’s low cross drive from the right-hand side, beating the Tunisian goalkeeper to score.
