In a heartwarming display of solidarity and compassion, Akwatia Member of Parliament Ernest Yaw Kumi participated in Jummah celebrations at various mosques across Akwatia constituency in the Eastern Region.
This gesture of goodwill was part of Kumi’s efforts to engage with the vibrant Muslim community in his constituency, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.
Ernest Yaw Kumi expressed his delight in sharing that he had extended support to approximately 2000 Muslims by providing them with essential packages to assist them during Ramadan.
The initiative demonstrates his commitment to standing by his Muslim constituents and ensuring their needs are met during this special time.
