Kennedy Agyapong Charges TESCON Members For 2028 Victory

In a bid to energize the grassroots of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kennedy Agyapong has charged TESCON members to remain committed to the party’s rebuilding efforts ahead of the 2028 general elections.

Speaking at the TESCON branch of the College of Health and Well-Being in Kintampo, Bono East Region, Agyapong commended the students for their dedication to the party and encouraged them to play a more active role in mobilizing the youth and projecting the NPP’s vision.

Kennedy Agyapong’s message was not limited to Kintampo, as he also extended it to TESCON members at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in Sunyani, Bono Region.

His engagements reflect his commitment to strengthening the party’s grassroots, a move seen as strategic in the NPP’s quest for a strong comeback in 2028.

Addressing concerns about TESCON’s representation in party decision-making, Agyapong backed proposals to increase their voting rights in national elections.
He advocated for all TESCON executives in accredited institutions to be granted voting privileges, a move aimed at enhancing inclusivity and participation within the party.

Kennedy Agyapong also supported expanding the NPP’s electoral college, while maintaining the party’s structural integrity.

This move is seen as a step towards promoting grassroots participation and ensuring that the party’s decision-making process is more representative of its members.
