Great Olympics’ head coach Sulley Adamu has stepped down from his position following a disappointing start to the season.
Sulley Adamu’s resignation comes after the team collected just seven points from eight games, leaving fans frustrated and disappointed.
The former manager of Okwahu United and Heart of Lions was appointed in July 2025 to guide Great Olympics back to the Ghana Premier League.
However, the team’s inconsistent form has hindered their promotion ambitions, currently placing them 10 points off the promotion spot with 22 games remaining.
Sulley Adamu’s resignation follows Sunday’s 1-1 draw against True Democracy, which positioned the club just one point above the Access Bank Division One League Zone III relegation zone.
The new coach will face the challenge of turning around the team’s fortunes and reigniting their push for top-flight football.
