In a continued demonstration of his commitment to education and sanitation in the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Constituency, the Member of Parliament (MP) and Minority Chief Whip, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, on Monday commissioned a new sanitation facility at Perseverance International School in Nsawam.
The project forms part of a broader initiative by the MP to improve infrastructure and hygiene in schools across the municipality.
The newly commissioned sanitation facility is expected to significantly enhance the learning environment for students, especially in terms of health and hygiene.

Prior to the commissioning, Frank Annoh-Dompreh donated a collection of reading books to the school to encourage literacy and foster a culture of reading among the pupils.
Addressing the students during the brief ceremony, the MP urged them to take full advantage of the resources made available to them, stressing that reading remains a cornerstone of academic success.
Following the main event, the MP held an interactive session with the final-year students who are preparing to sit for the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
In his address, he encouraged the candidates to remain focused, disciplined, and confident as they approach their exams.
He commended the consistent academic performance of schools in the municipality in recent years and expressed optimism that this year’s batch would sustain the trend.

“The Nsawam-Adoagyiri Municipality has seen impressive results in the BECE over the years,” Annoh-Dompreh stated.
“I urge you to continue that legacy by writing well and passing your exams with flying colours.”
The Municipal Director of Education, Beatrice Mamely Inkum, was present at the event and expressed appreciation on behalf of the school and the local education authority.
She acknowledged the MP’s longstanding support for educational initiatives in the area, describing him as a dependable partner in the academic development of the youth.
Annoh-Dompreh has earned a reputation for prioritizing education and sanitation in his constituency.
Over the years, he has consistently supported BECE candidates by organizing extra classes and providing learning materials.
His office also rewards outstanding students with laptops and other educational tools as part of an incentive scheme to promote academic excellence.
